Job Summary
Job Title: PowerBI Developer Visualization Engineer III
Location: Newport Beach CA / Omaha NE / Charlotte North Carolina
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Good Possibilities of extension)
Job Description:
Skillset:
- SQL-8 years
- 5 years of technology experience across visualization reporting analytics or related fields
- 5 years experience building visualizations and dashboards with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
- Knowledge and experience working with cloud-native data platforms (e.g. Snowflake)
- Advanced SQL experience with exposure to DAX and MDX scripting
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
What will make candidate stand out:
- Domain experience with investment systems (e.g. Bloomberg Aladdin Barclays Point Yield Book MSCI Barra Trepp servicing platforms for real estate) and trading platforms
- Understanding of concepts such as security master trading & position tables pricing and asset hierarchies (e.g. GICS industry classification)
- Demonstrated experience building and operating within an Agile/DevOps environment
