About the Role

  • Were seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our growing team supporting hyperscale data center construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials ensuring accuracy in inventory management and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive organize and track all materials tools and equipment within the warehouse or laydown yard

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems and manual counts

  • Coordinate with construction logistics and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to worksites

  • Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage documenting discrepancies as needed

  • Stage materials for upcoming builds or installations per project schedules

  • Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)

  • Help maintain a clean organized and compliant warehouse environment

  • Support inbound and outbound deliveries including loading/unloading trucks as needed

  • Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic construction setting

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of warehouse inventory or logistics experience (construction or data center environment preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Familiarity with basic inventory software and documentation processes

  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Reliable flexible and able to workday or night shifts based on project needs

  • Must be dependable safety-conscious and able to hit the ground running
