Shift: Variable Shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Crisfield MD. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to residents demonstrate strong clinical judgment and ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Administer medications monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians CNAs and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and compliance initiatives.
- Provide compassionate end-of-life and long-term care support.
Work Schedule:
- May be assigned to day evening or night shifts (or a combination based on departmental needs).
- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
- Scheduled off at least three holidays per year.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
Requirements:
- Active RN License in the state of permanent residency (Required)
- BLS Certification American Heart Association (Required)
- Prior Nursing Home or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (No sponsorship available)
