Job Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead with strong expertise in Workday HCM and related modules to lead the testing efforts for Workday implementations enhancements and updates. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and testing knowledge across core HCM areas such as HR Talent Management Payroll Time Tracking and Compensation ensuring that all Workday solutions are delivered with the highest quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Workday testing projects ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across all phases.
Design develop and execute comprehensive test strategies plans and test cases for Workday implementations and releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Payroll Finance Integrations and Technical teams) to validate seamless integration and functional alignment of Workday HCM modules.
Identify log and track defects and issues through to resolution ensuring clear documentation and timely closure.
Provide guidance mentorship and leadership to junior testers and team members fostering best practices in testing.
Lead the automation testing initiatives using Kainos Smart Test ensuring scalable and reusable test assets.
Partner closely with Kainos and other implementation teams to ensure alignment quality assurance and successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 years of experience leading testing initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM or related modules.
Proven track record as a Workday Test Lead with a primary focus on Workday HCM.
Strong understanding of Workday integrations business processes and security configurations.
Experience with automation testing tools particularly Kainos Smart Test (or similar Workday test automation solutions).
Exceptional communication analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
