The Role

The organisation is seeking a Junior Developer / Experience Builder who is ready to create the next wave of interactive advertising experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with product and creative teams to bring interactive ad concepts to life from quick prototypes to full-scale responsive experiences that run seamlessly across Google Criteo The Trade Desk Eskimi and other DSPs.

This is a hands-on front-end role where creativity meets code.

Responsibilities

Build test and deploy interactive display experiences using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Collaborate with design and creative teams to translate storyboards and concepts into functional visually stunning ad units.
Optimise for performance cross-browser compatibility and DSP requirements.
Integrate creative assets animations and tracking logic into ad shells ready for trafficking.
Work with APIs and analytics tools to enable data capture and post-campaign measurement.
Participate in R&D sessions exploring new web interactions gamified ad concepts and emerging creative technologies.
Continuously test debug and improve builds for real-world device and network performance.

Qualifications & Experience

One to three years of experience in front-end development or creative technology.
Strong grasp of JavaScript HTML and CSS with a focus on responsive layouts and lightweight animations.
Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as Google Studio Sizmek or Eskimi is an advantage.
Curiosity about gamification motion design and interactivity.
Confidence working with APIs tracking scripts and creative analytics.
Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for pixel perfection timing and polish.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with non-technical creatives.
