Duties & Responsibilities
Role Overview
A well-established hospitality venue is seeking friendly energetic and service-oriented waitstaff to join its front-of-house team. The role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant setting that blends casual dining with open-air leisure catering to a diverse mix of guests including families social groups and recreational visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm attentive and efficient table service
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across indoor and outdoor service areas
- Promote menu items and daily specials with enthusiasm
- Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with setup and breakdown during busy periods or events
Desired Experience & Qualification
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant café or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic food safety practices is advantageous
