Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and SOQL/SOSL.
Implement automation through Flows Process Builders and Workflow Rules.
Design and configure custom objects fields record types and permission sets to support business requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
Support data modelling sharing rules and security configurations to maintain compliance and data integrity.
Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design coding testing deployment and support.
Collaborate with administrators architects and QA teams to deliver scalable reliable solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and manage code repositories in line with CI/CD best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while adhering to development standards.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related discipline.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
Experience & Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex LWC Visualforce and declarative tools.
Proficient in Salesforce Data Model Security and Sharing Rules.
Practical knowledge of Platform Events Change Data Capture and asynchronous operations (Batch Queueable).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Understanding of DevOps processes within Salesforce environments.
Strong analytical thinking communication and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skill Sets
Experience with Salesforce DX Managed/Unmanaged Packages and Scratch Orgs.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud Service Cloud or other Salesforce products.
Exposure to data migration tools such as Data Loader Workbench or Talend.
