Role Overview:
Shape the look feel and flow of our cutting-edge credit card app! Youll be the champion of user experience for our mobile-first generation.
Design intuitive engaging and visually stunning user interfaces for our mobile application (iOS & Android).
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs and business requirements into beautiful designs.
Develop and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and Marketing to iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
Conduct user research (or collaborate on it) to understand user behaviors and pain points ensuring our designs are truly user-centric.
Leverage AI tools for design exploration asset generation or analyzing user feedback patterns.
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UI/UX design skills particularly for mobile applications (fintech or consumer apps are a big plus).
Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma is highly preferred Sketch Adobe XD also relevant).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles interaction design and mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines Android Material Design).
Experience creating and working with design systems.
Ability to think through complex user flows and simplify them.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g. for ideation image generation).
Good-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Experience designing for fintech or financial products.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Basic understanding of frontend development capabilities (React Native Flutter Swift Kotlin).
Motion design and animation skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
