Job Summary

THE TYPE OF HOME SERVICES MANAGER WERE LOOKING FOR
Were searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Supervisory experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Management experience in the service field is a plus.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR HOME SERVICES MANAGER
Youll work Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM with an on-call rotation for phone support. While the position is primarily based in our office youll also have opportunities to do ride-alongs to stay connected with field operations.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a talented team of technicians ensuring that they perform at their best while handling equipment repair and maintenance. You will play a critical role in monitoring and developing departmental budgets goals and objectives making sure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll manage performance appraisals set improvement goals and collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive the highest quality service.
