Job Summary
Were currently on the lookout for our next IT Recruiter (18270) for our Peru Headquarterand were looking for people with a decent conversational level of English who have experience hunting in the IT market as well as that passion that distinguishes the simple recruiters from theHunters.
*** This is a junior/mid position not senior or lead. The process will be managed via email.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for US clients.
- End-to-end process with local accounts/clients (from information gathering offer and hiring).
- Management and negotiation with medium and high IT profiles (specialist).
- Personal and Employer Branding.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (hunting and sourcing of candidates).
- Extensive Experience in End-to-End Recruiting.
- 2 years of total experience in recruiting IT Software profiles (developers QA Datas BI BA UI/UX and DevOps in Latam).
- Experience looking for bilingual candidates and/or for US accounts.
- Have at least a B2 level of English as we deal with international client
- Experience in Boolean searches in social networks.
- Experience as Headhunters for medium and high profiles.
- Proactivity organization criteria for working alone and in teams.
