Job Summary

We are a digital growth marketing agency specializing in scaling eCommerce brands through creative that converts. From email and SMS to paid social our team blends data design and storytelling to drive real results.

As a Paid Static Designer youll work directly with our Lead Multimedia Designer Director of Design and Paid Media team to create high-performing ad visuals that stop the scroll and drive engagement across Meta TikTok and other paid channels. Youll be responsible for designing static ads concepting creative variations and translating performance insights into visuals that both look great and sell.

Responsibilities

Design high-performing static ads for paid social channels (Meta TikTok YouTube Pinterest etc.)
Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Account Managers to translate creative briefs and performance data into effective ad visuals
Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients while ensuring variety in creative testing
Iterate quickly based on feedback and data developing new ad variants for ongoing optimization
Contribute to brainstorms and creative concepting for campaigns and product launches
Stay up to date on paid social design trends best practices and platform-specific requirements
Organize and maintain creative assets for efficient workflow and handoff

Qualifications

2 years of experience designing paid social creative for eCommerce or DTC brands
Strong portfolio showcasing static ad creative that balances brand storytelling with performance
Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
Understanding of ad specs and platform nuances across Meta TikTok and other paid channels
Strong communication organization and time-management skills
Data-informed mindset you understand how creative impacts results and love testing new approaches
