The Daytona Beach facility offers a broad range of services under one roof including Behavioral Health Cardiology Endocrinology Neurology Pain Management Primary Care Sports Medicine Imaging Lab and Pharmacy fostering seamless coordination and comprehensive care for all patients.

Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its thriving outpatient behavioral health department in Daytona Beach FL.

This full-time opportunity features flexible office hours no inpatient responsibilities and limited phone-only call coverage. The department provides a balanced mix of general psychiatry and substance use treatment supported by a highly experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations diagnosis and medication management for adult patients.

• Conduct individual group and family therapy sessions as clinically appropriate.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team that includes Psychiatrists PMHNPs LCSWs LMHCs and crisis intervention specialists.

• Participate in the management of substance use disorders and support addiction treatment programs including Suboxone therapy.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Experience: Outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
