Job Summary
CK Group are recruiting for a Helpline Operator to join a leading provider of advanced analytics research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis until the end of the year.
Salary:
13.55 per hour PAYE
Helpline Operator role:
Our client offers research services and technology solutions in the life sciences industry. With just under 100000 employees the company has operations in over 90 countries worldwide. Salary:
13.55 per hour PAYE
Helpline Operator role:
- Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data and written freeform comments as necessary using bespoke verification software.
- Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public NHS Staff members Charity Organisations and some other ad-hoc on the survey helpline; providing advice completing surveys over phone information/support and actioning the calls as appropriate.
- Any ad hoc duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the organisation.
- Proof reading
- Able to work under own initiative
- Experience of data entry
- Experience of IT systems and their use
- Dealing with incoming calls with excellent telephone manner
