We are searching for a highly motivated Content and Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand extend our voice and elevate our presence across digital social print and experiential channels. This role will drive content strategy ensure consistency in messaging and support communications that engage clients prospects and internal stakeholders alike. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and manage a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with firm goals marketing campaigns and client engagement efforts.
- Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent application of brand standards across all marketing communications and event materials.
- Create edit and publish compelling content for social media our website newsletters thought leadership pieces and client communications.
- Lead the social media program: planning posting engagement monitoring and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing leadership Relationship Managers and external vendors to plan execute and evaluate high-quality client events and sponsorships in line with our brand.
- Monitor interpret and report on content and campaign analytics; identify opportunities to increase reach engagement and brand impact.
- Manage CRM data updates segmentation and reporting to support targeted communications and audience outreach.
- Oversee production and procurement of branded materials promotional items and collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Support and coordinate recurring client communications (e.g. monthly market updates quarterly reports) and ensure alignment with broader marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience (3 years or more) in brand strategy content creation social media management and communications
- Strong writing editing and storytelling abilities; comfort with both high-level strategy and hands-on execution
- Proficiency with social media platforms CRM systems and analytics tools; ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors
- Motivated self-starter
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic
- Stable under pressure or stress
