The Senior Therapeutic Youth Support will provide supportive services to youth and families across one or more of Advocates CBHI service lines. Service lines include In Home Therapy Therapeutic Mentoring and In Home Behavioral Services. This team member will offer structured strength-based support services to youth for the purpose of addressing daily living social and communication needs. Services may be provided independently or in collaboration with clinicians or other providers. The Senior Therapeutic Youth Support will be a leader on the CBHI Team and will hold additional responsibilities in support of colleagues and the functioning of the team as a whole.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in social work counseling or related field required with one year minimum experience working with children/families and adolescents in child development childhood mental illness and family issues.
- Must complete in CBHI training program upon acceptance of position and prior to providing services.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and maintain satisfactory working relationships with employees and providers.
- High energy level superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
- Commitment to Advocates values and mission.
- Must hold a valid drivers license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport members.
- Ability to read and speak English.
