Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer and Administrator skilled in ITOM ITAM (HAM & SAM) ITSM and Integrations to join our Dallas-based team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing developing and administering ServiceNow solutions that enhance automation service delivery and asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform focusing on ITOM ITAM (HAM & SAM) and ITSM modules.
• Configure and manage Discovery CMDB and Service Mapping to ensure accurate visibility of IT assets.
• Develop and enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules for optimized lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using REST SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Customize workflows UI Policies Business Rules and Script Includes for automation and process improvement.
• Administer ServiceNow environments including instance management upgrades and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 610 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in ITOM including Discovery CMDB Event Management and Service Mapping.
• Proven experience in ITAM particularly Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) development and administration.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident Problem Change Request and Catalog).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools.
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript Glide API AngularJS) within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with MID Server configuration IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITOM or ITAM.
• Knowledge of Discovery patterns data normalization and CMDB health management.
• Experience with ServiceNow cloud and on-premise integration models.
