For more details please view are looking for aproject officer to develop a 4D printable wearable device for orthodontics. The role will focus on the operations of fabricating the wearable via vat photopolymerization. This includes preparation of photopolymer resin setting up CAD models and printing parameters 3D printing and post-processing and evaluation of the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate 3D printed prototypes using vat photopolymerization
Formulate photopolymer resin for vat photopolymerization
Design CAD models and prepare print builds
Perform quality assurance and characterization for 3D printed parts
Improve prototype through optimization in material and fabrication parameters
Document research activities in technical reports
Manage lab activities administrative and logistics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Job Requirements:
BS degree in Engineering
Able to work independently while effectively communicating with the team
Experiences in 3D printing preferably with vat photopolymerization such as digital light processing
Capable of CAD modelling mixing of chemicals thermomechanical analysis
