Job Description

Job Title -Client of Staff (Fintech)

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Location - Indore

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirement:-

  • Work directly with the Chief Partnership Officer to plan execute and monitor key initiatives.
  • Ability to handle any process from end to end track progress effectively stay aware of ongoing operations apply analytical skills and deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Support in decision-making by providing insights data analysis and financial understanding of the broking business.
  • Build and implement strong business processes to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to simplify operations.
  • Act as a bridge between teams ensuring alignment and smooth execution of partnership strategies. Track and review performance of partnership initiatives preparing MIS and reports.
  • Bring energy discipline and speed in execution to achieve business goals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS & Education:

  • MBA / Graduation / Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years preferably in broking financial services or fintech
  • Strong understanding of finance and the broking ecosystem.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent IQ and decision making ability.
  • Tech-savvy with exposure to automation tools / digital transformation
