Separation & Flow Technologies encompass process engineering components and machines including separators decanters homogenizers valves and pumps. These technologies are at the heart of many production processes.
Responsibilities / Tasks
For our Separation & Flow Technologies Division we are looking for a Market Manager to perform the following tasks:
Meet annual sales and order intake targets for Environmental applications.
Negotiate sales orders ensuring acceptable gross margin contribution.
Increase GEA Westfalia market share and hit rate towards Spain and Portugal environmental customers.
Support the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing in defining sales and marketing strategies for Iberia.
Cooperate with service sales team to adapt service strategy to demands coming out from environmental customers.
Manage and report the entire offer project process: customer contact scope definition commercial negotiations and project execution support.
Prospect and cooperate with external partners.
Manage customer relationships and support product development and service sales.
Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding customer payments.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Degree in Environmental Studies or related field
Relevant experience in environmental market.
Proven negotiation and contracting skills.
Proficient English & Spanish (mandatory).
CRM proficiency.
Willing to travel across Spain and Portugal.
Deep business understanding with a strong customer focus.
Open-minded with strong problem-solving skills.
Team player excellent networker and negotiator.
Outstanding communication and sales skills.
Ability to engage with customers at different levels.
