Description of the role:

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk at Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM will be responsible for managing all accounts payable and accounts receivable duties. This role involves maintaining financial records preparing reports and assisting with financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Manage billing and collections
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
