Job Description:
A Driver (Non-CDL) for WeDriveU drives a non-commercial vehicle(s) following safety protocol schedules pre-determined routes to transport corporate employees between various stops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality.
- Accurately complete vehicle safety checks and escalate any issues.
- Compliance with all traffic laws and federal and state transit regulations.
- Interact with customers and our central dispatch team and managers in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all riders i.e. answer questions about schedules routes transfer points and delays.
- Promptly report vehicle maintenance road and route concerns accidents and other traffic disruptions using two-way radios or hands-free devices.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:
- Use route navigation apps and other technology including knowledge of area to pick up and drop off our customers.
- Maintain electronic logs to track routes and incidents.
- Ability to safely operate and drive without a break for a minimum period of one hour and forty-five minutes
- Ability to drive in fluctuating weather and terrain.
- Flexible scheduled to work outside of regular days and shifts.
- Comfortable working a split shift schedule
- Ability to lift 45 pounds or more to assist with loading and unloading ADA passengers

Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- At least 1 year of driving experiencepreferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical drug test and background check
