Job Summary
Job Title: Manufacturing Lead
Location: Denver CO
Pay: $26-30/hr
Schedule: 10 pm- 6:30 am (Sunday- Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management (shift startup shift handoffs hour-by-hour checks)
- Cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- 5S standard work and quality audits
- Autonomous maintenance activities
- Train coach and support production team members maintaining up-to-date training plans.
- Arrive 15 minutes before shift start to ensure smooth communication between shifts.
- Support continuous improvement through 5S initiatives and standard work reinforcement.
- Step into production operations when necessary to achieve output and quality goals.
- Promote a professional safety-first and collaborative culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (high-volume experience strongly preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles 5S and process auditing
- Proven ability to train and develop others
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
