Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
  • Provide preoperative and postoperative patient care
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of anesthesia administration
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in anesthesiology practices

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Nursing or a related field
  • Current CRNA certification and state licensure
  • Proven experience in anesthesiology or related nursing roles
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and protocols
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety

Schedule: Monday-Friday 10 and 12-hour shifts

No call or weekend shifts

No OB hearts or liver transplants

Spinals (no blocks)

Trauma experience required

Supervision: 1:2 or 1:3

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid licensing travel and expenses
