Job Summary
Role: TGT Science Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and age-appropriate science instruction aligned with the curriculum for grades 610.
- Design and implement innovative lesson plans using diverse teaching methods including experiments demonstrations and hands-on activities.
- Conduct regular assessments through formative and summative evaluations providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Maintain a safe inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry collaboration and scientific exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate science into interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide academic initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on student progress achievements and areas for development.
- Leverage digital tools and laboratory resources to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
- Participate actively in professional development staff meetings and school events as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Science (.) with a . or equivalent qualification.
- 25 years of proven experience as a TGT Science Teacher in a recognized school preferably in a rural or semi-urban setting.
- Strong command of science concepts and pedagogical skills for teaching grades 610.
- Familiarity with NCERT curriculum and state board syllabi for secondary-level science education.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms adapt instruction for diverse learning styles and promote active learning.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and laboratory equipment to support science instruction.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in Vanki Rajasthan with a commitment to educational excellence in community-based settings.
- Valid TGT Science certification as per state or national guidelines.
