The FTS Performance & Attribution team provides expert analysis on performance attribution risk statistics and holdings data. This global team ensures accurate reporting and system integrity while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones including Portfolio Managers Client Services Sales and Risk teams. How You Will Add Value

Performance & Attribution Analysis/Reporting:

• You will act as a subject matter expert in performance and attribution analytics.

• You will validate and analyze portfolio and benchmark data for accuracy.

• You will manage and review automated and manual reports.

• You will resolve data issues and improve reporting processes.

• You will collaborate with teams to align reporting with business needs.

• You will ensure compliance with GIPS and internal policies.

• You will maintain documentation and support team training.

• You will lead initiatives and support system issue resolution.

System Setup for New Client Accounts:

• You will support onboarding by configuring systems and coordinating with internal teams.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience Education & Certifications:

• Degree in Finance or Business; CIPM CFA or FRM preferred.

• 5 years in performance and risk reporting in financial services.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in FactSet Bloomberg PORT Morningstar and similar tools.

• Strong skills in Excel Power BI Alteryx Python and automation.

• Deep understanding of financial instruments and benchmarks.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
