Warehouse & Logistics Manager Lead Our Operations to Success. As Warehouse & Logistics Manager at Infinite Group youll be central to our operations ensuring efficient flow of goods for internal and external clients. This critical role requires a proactive leader to inspire their team maintain safety and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead stock control collaborating with stakeholders.
- Organise safe and timely dispatch.
- Maintain equipment safety and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and motivate warehouse operatives.
- Champion Health and Safety across all sites.
- Liaise with customers suppliers and transport firms.
- Coordinate goods receipt order assembly and dispatch.
- Optimise space and equipment meeting budgetary and environmental targets.
- Uphold company policies.
- Manage automated systems.
- Address customer inquiries.
- Plan for future capacity.
- Recruit train and monitor staff.
- Foster teamwork and productivity.
- Produce performance reports and conduct team briefings.
- Monitor service quality.
- Maintain workplace health safety and security.
- Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
