AsaSeniorAssociateinFinance Transformation(CMAAS)youwillhelpclientsdesignoptimizeanddigitisetheirfinanceoperatingmodel.Yourworkwillspancorefinanceprocessesselectionandimplementationoffinanceapplicationsand softwareandenablementofcloudautomationvisualizationandemergingAIusecasesinfinance.Withaprimaryfocusonprocessesandstate-of-arttechnologyyoullalsobeadressingcomplexaccountngchallenges while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Assessandimprovefinanceprocesses:Mapcurrent-stateprocessesandcontrols;identifypainpointsandefficiencyopportunitiesin relationtocloseconsolidationreportingandworkingcapitalcycles
Enablefinancetechnology:Supportselectiondesigntestingdatamigrationandgo-liveforERPandvariousfinanceapplications.Deliverautomationandanalytics.Improvedataqualityandmasterdatagovernance.Identifyand pilot use cases driveAIadoptioninfinance.
Strengthenreportingandcompliance:Acceleratemonthlycloseintercompanyandreconciliations;enhancemanagementreportingandtransparency. Supportaccountingpolicychangesandnewstandardswhile ensuring seamless integration.
What Were Looking For:
Professionalswithmorethan3yearsofexperienceinfinancialauditfinancialcontrollingoraccountingeagertoelevatetheircareersbyengagingwithcomplexandchallengingprojects.
AcademicdegreeinAccountingFinanceBusinessAdministrationorarelatedfield with working knowledge of IFRS/GAAP principles and their application.
Goodunderstandingoffinanceprocesses(R2R P2P O2C FP&Apayroll)andinternalcontrols.Experienceinfinancetransformationwith process/systemsexposure.
Hands-onexperiencewithoneormorefinance-relatedtechnologies:ERP accounting/consolidationsoftwareBI/analyticstools;
Dataanddigitalskills:Advanced Excel is.AnyknowledgeinRPA/workflowtools/SQL/PowerQuery/Pythonorsimilarisaplus;familiaritywithcloud/SaaSAPIsandiPaaSconceptswill be highly regarded.
Demonstratedambitionandathirstfornewchallengeswiththeabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofateam.
Fluency inEnglishis essential
