What Youll Do

As a Data Collection Specialist at Standard Bots you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI-driven robotic solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to gather extensive datasets of humans performing various physical tasks. This data will be essential for training our robots to perform these tasks autonomously.

This is a part-time hourly role based in Glen Cove NY (20-28 hrs/week).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct data collection sessions ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Implement data collection protocols to capture high-quality video and sensor data of human task performance.

• Process and categorize collected data to ensure it is ready for use in training machine learning models.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and privacy regulations during data collection activities.

Who You Are

Were looking for individuals who are meticulous detail-oriented and passionate about contributing to the advancement of robotics. We do not require a background in robotics but experience in data collection machine learning or related fields are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a part-time W-2 position. The hourly rate for this role is $25/hour. Company-sponsored benefits are not available for part-time roles.
