Job Summary

CNC/Waterjet/Pipe Cut Operator

For over 70 years Cascade Pump has been a leading manufacturer of large industrial water pumps. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our CNC MACHINIST position. Visit our web site at to learn about our Company. The individual selected must meet the following requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Operates the waterjet table per engineers drawing specifications
Cuts various thickness and types of plate 836 316 aluminum
Cut various types and sizes (6 to 48 inch) of pipe to a specific print using a plasma machine
Drill/Debur/Tap Holes/layout according to print or drawing
Load/Unload various materials onto and from the waterjet/kitting according to the job card
Rip cutting skeleton into small manageable pieces to dump
Use a Band Saw to cut smaller pipes to various dimensions
Promote and practice Quality Awareness and Quality Culture within the Machine department.

Skills Required:

Must have at least 3 years of CNC experience
Preferably 2 years cutting metal experience
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to operate a forklift
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Must be very safety conscious
Must have good communication skills
