Job Summary

Were seeking a motivated and experienced Site Quality Lead to take ownership of our site-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across all operations. This leader will ensure our products and processes consistently meet and exceed both internal and customer standards while fostering a culture of quality compliance and operational excellence.

Salary: $115K$135K (based on experience)

What Youll Do

Lead the development implementation and maintenance of a compliant QMS aligned with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and related standards.
Oversee internal customer and regulatory audits; ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.
Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and execute improvement initiatives (CAPA).
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
Ensure robust quality control procedures are maintained throughout all manufacturing phases.
Manage equipment calibration programs and documentation.
Partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve product or process quality issues.
Lead and mentor a team of inspectors engineers and analysts promoting a high-performance culture.
Drive supplier quality management including supplier audits and performance monitoring.
Deliver training programs on quality systems standards and best practices.
Present quality performance reports and strategic improvement plans to site leadership.

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or related discipline.
5 years of progressive quality management experience within chemical manufacturing or coatings industries.
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 IATF 16949 Six Sigma and Lean principles.
Skilled in FMEA SPC A3 and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong communication leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with ERP/QMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
Certifications: CQE CQA and/or Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred.
