We are hiring a Business Development professional to drive new revenue inside the Skilled Trades division. This is a hands-on individual contributor role not a leadership post built for someone who wants to own a territory open doors and grow accounts across the Southwest market.
What You Will Do
Own new-logo development across the Southwest (priority states: AZ TX NM NV CO)
Prospect meet and close decision-makers across construction manufacturing and energy
Expand wallet share with dormant or light-spend accounts
Partner with recruiting to deliver and retain business once won
Keep a read on local market signals and position the firm as a trusted partner
What Makes You a Fit
5 years in consultative B2B sales; 3 in staffing or workforce solutions preferred
Documented history of opening and winning new accounts (not just farming)
Skilled at in-person selling face-to-face meetings are expected in this region
Confident self-directed commercially curious and motivated by production vs. title
