Our client is a nationally recognized fast-growing workforce solutions firm serving construction manufacturing energy and other skilled trades sectors nationwide. They combine a people-first culture with a proven track record of delivering at scale.

We are hiring a Business Development professional to drive new revenue inside the Skilled Trades division. This is a hands-on individual contributor role not a leadership post built for someone who wants to own a territory open doors and grow accounts across the Southwest market.

What You Will Do

  • Own new-logo development across the Southwest (priority states: AZ TX NM NV CO)

  • Prospect meet and close decision-makers across construction manufacturing and energy

  • Expand wallet share with dormant or light-spend accounts

  • Partner with recruiting to deliver and retain business once won

  • Keep a read on local market signals and position the firm as a trusted partner

What Makes You a Fit

  • 5 years in consultative B2B sales; 3 in staffing or workforce solutions preferred

  • Documented history of opening and winning new accounts (not just farming)

  • Skilled at in-person selling face-to-face meetings are expected in this region

  • Confident self-directed commercially curious and motivated by production vs. title
