The Forecast Analyst position is responsible for facilitating the development of forecasts budget and analyses. The position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the departments capacity planning staffing models which drive the hiring and training needs. These accountabilities require strong analytical capabilities to solve complex problems and advanced technology skills to continuously improve accuracy and process efficiency.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates geographic location market conditions and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Salary Range:
$78000.00 - $111200.00National Plus Salary Range:
$78000.00 - $126800.00*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
