Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care ventilated and non-ventilated with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.

In the residential communities we enable patients to live a self-determined life in an atmosphere like at home. The focus is on promoting independence and personal responsibility with the aim of offering the highest level of social and public participation privacy and individual quality of life.

• In deiner Rolle bist du verlässliche/r ständige/r Ansprechpartner:in für die Bewohner:innen und baust eine tragfähige psychosoziale Vertrauensbeziehung auf.

• Du sicherst die bestehenden Ressourcen unserer Bewohner:innen und förderst durch gezielte Aktivierung die Wiedergewinnung verlorener Fähigkeiten.

• Unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner:innen übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche kreative und professionelle Alltagsgestaltung

• Du pflegst eine kooperative und offene Angehörigenarbeit um die Betreuung optimal in das soziale Umfeld einzubetten.

• Bei der Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Unternehmensphilosophie und unseres Pflegeleitbildes wirkst du aktiv und engagiert mit.

• Du unterstützt das Pflegeteam bei grundpflegerischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen deines Aufgabenbereichs und förderst so die ganzheitliche Betreuung.

• Bei wichtigen Lebensereignissen wie dem Ein- und Auszug unterstützt du die Bewohner:innen aktiv.

• Nicht zuletzt verantwortest du die hauswirtschaftlichen Aspekte des Zusammenlebens insbesondere das gemeinsame Einkaufen und die frische Zubereitung von warmen Mahlzeiten.

• Weiterbildung zum Alltagsbegleiter (m/w/d)/zur Betreuungskraft (m/w/d)

• Idealerweise bringst du bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.

• Empathie und ein wertschätzender menschlicher Umgang sind für dich selbstverständlich.

• Du liebst deinen Beruf und bist mit vollem Herzen dabei.

• Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2
