Responsible for overseeing the collection and distribution of key clinical demographic and treatment information for patients who may be treated with non-surgical or surgical modalities. Coordinates and communicates patient care status among professionals insurers primary care physicians and the patient. Facilitates the development implementation and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes. Determines priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines to be accurate and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people deal with stressful situations and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health Systems organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience Requirements:
- Current state registered nurse license required
- Current BLS Certification
- ACLS preferred
