Schedule: Full-Time/Days

Schedule:

• Day Shift (4:45am-5:00pm) rotatingschedule
• Day Shift (4:45am-5:00pm) M-T-TH-F

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting hourly wage for this position is $20.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and position responsibility.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Stack aluminum ingots (28 lbs each) and handle products with care.
• Conduct quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards.
• Operate forklifts to transport finished products. (Dont have forklift experience Well train you!)
• Perform routine maintenance and be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly.
• Safety First: Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to keep yourself and others safe.

Education/Experience/Skills:
Required:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check physical and drug screen.
• Positive and motivated eager to take on new challenges.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions operations safety procedures and hazardous labels.
