Responsibilities:
Plan prepare and deliver engaging Physical and Health Education lessons that meet the BC curriculum standards.

Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.

Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback and support.

Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.

Collaborate with colleagues support staff and parents to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and fitness trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Certified to teach in British Columbia.

Experience teaching Physical and Health Education at the Grade 6 to 10 level is preferred.

Strong understanding of physical education and health curriculum standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
