About the Role
Were looking for a Technical HR (Projects) Junior Assistant Manager to join our growing team at
Reliserv Solution an authorized Siemens Channel Partner specializing in Electrical Automation and Project Execution services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical hiring for electrical domains including services manufacturing project execution technicians helpers and project sales. Youll play a key role in building high-performing technical teams that power our projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source screen and recruit qualified Electrical Engineers Technicians and Project Support Staff for our ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Hiring Targets: Achieve a minimum of 20 successful candidate closures per month across different technical categories.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple channels Naukri LinkedIn Indeed campus drives and referrals to build a steady talent pipeline.
- Coordination: Work closely with department heads (Service Manufacturing Projects and Sales) to understand manpower needs.
- Documentation: Manage offer letters joining formalities ID creation and onboarding for new hires.
- Reporting: Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit weekly hiring reports to HR Head.
- Brand Representation: Promote Reliserv Solutions employer brand through campus and social recruitment initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in HR / Engineering / Management (preferred: Electrical or related background).
- 24 years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS tools
- .Proactive target-driven and able to work under deadlines.
