Central Bristol (hybrid 23 days per week)
ASAP start 6-month contract
500/day (Inside IR35)

Were looking for a Lead-level UX Designer to join a fast-moving B2B SaaS organisation on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role focused on designing data-rich dashboards and helping shape the next generation of a payroll/HR platform. The contract exists because of an increased workload youll be stepping into a busy period where your work will have immediate impact.

What youll be doing

Lead UX design across multiple features and product streams (not limited to a single project).
Design and iterate on enterprise-grade dashboards and complex data visualisations.
Work closely with the UX leadership to define UX strategy and execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and locations influence product engineering operations and business stakeholders.
Adopt a lean UX approach: evidence-led discovery rapid prototyping user testing and pragmatic delivery.

Youll have

Strong enterprise B2B SaaS experience (essential).
Proven track record designing dashboards / data-heavy interfaces.
Experience working across multiple features and products simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable working with people at different levels and locations.
A hands-on adaptable approach: able to switch between discovery design and delivery in line with company priorities.
Availability to start ASAP and commit to a 6-month engagement.
