Overview

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding the unique needs of a business and translating them into impactful talent strategies. Youll be a trusted advisor connecting exceptional people with meaningful career opportunities while ensuring every hire contributes to the companys growth and culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
  • Source candidates creatively using referrals job boards and networking
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8 requisitions simultaneously
  • Contribute to employer branding university programs and referral initiatives
  • Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis

Other qualities youll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • 5 yearsof experience in talent acquisition recruiting or HR business partnering.
  • Proven success infull-cycle recruitingacross various functions or geographies.
  • Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales direct channel marketing and customer success)
  • Familiarity withtalent analyticsemployer branding andrecruitment marketing.
  • Background inconsulting with senior leadersand driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
