Programmed Turnpoint is Australias leading Golf Course Maintenance Contractor proudly servicing over eight premier courses nationwide. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled turf management professional to join our team at the renowned Sandhurst Cluba 36-hole facility designed by Peter Thomson located just 35 minutes southeast of Melbournes CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team committed to continuous improvement. As we enter a new chapter at Sandhurst we are looking for someone with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive mindset. While a love for golf is a bonus its not essential.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and its surrounds to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be self-driven reliable a team player and capable of working in all weather conditions. Independent travel to and from the site is required.

Position Details:

• Full-time waged role
• Weekend shifts on a rotating roster
• Supportive and collaborative team environment

Key Requirements:

• Certificate III in Horticulture Turf Management
• Proven experience in golf course maintenance
• Strong understanding of chemical and fertiliser application
• Solid knowledge of Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHS&E)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead when needed
• Experience with irrigation systems and minor repairs is advantageous
