About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Event Assistant to help plan coordinate and execute promotional events and community activations. This position plays a key role in attracting new customers and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support event setup coordination and breakdown.
Engage with guests and customers during events to promote products and services.
Assist in product demonstrations sampling and lead generation.
Maintain event materials displays and promotional supplies.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to meet event goals.
Contribute ideas to improve customer interaction and event effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:
A people-focused energetic individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments and helping customers connect with the brand.
Qualifications :
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Organized reliable and adaptable to changing event environments.
Comfortable engaging with the public and promoting products.
Team-oriented and willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
Experience in events promotions or customer service is a plus.
