This Position reports to:
Integrated Production Unit ManagerThe work model for the role is: Onsite Mebane NC
Your role and responsibilities:
Creates and maintains a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
Releases manufacturing work orders.
Executes daily plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
Establishes sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan obtained from the Production Planners.
Monitors schedule adherence identifies key root causes for deviation and takes follow-up improvement action.
Feeds information on production capacity issues and material availability to Production Planners.
Qualifications for the role:
5 years working in a manufacturing environment
Communicate directly with project managers on delivery dates of orders
Manage multiple schedules for MV LV & LIS SWGR
Data Analysis & Reporting
Inventory Management & Control
Logistics
Order Handling & Fulfillment
Resource Management & Capacity Planning
High school diploma or equivalent required
Legal authorization to work in the US is required
Knowledge and use of tools tape measure calipers grinders or other hand tools as needed.
Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job as needed
Ability to lift push and pull up to 40lbs
