Location: Fairfield County CT
Pay Range: $22-$24/HR
Shift: Overnights FT
About the Role:
Were looking for a Physical Security Specialist not your average security guard. This role is for someone who thrives in a professional environment understands the importance of accountability and takes pride in protecting people property and reputation.
As a Physical Security Specialist youll be the front line of intelligence and customer service. Youll monitor and analyze security systems manage access control events respond to alarms and review camera footage to ensure all occupants are accounted for. Youll communicate directly with high-profile clients and employees requiring exceptional professionalism and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor access control systems in real time.
- Investigate incidents using internal tools programs and digital logs.
- Write detailed and accurate reports ensuring all incidents are properly recorded and escalated when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and always uphold company and client policies.
- Check in employees guests and vendors.
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in security or customer service in a corporate setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills clear confident and concise.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working with technology (security platforms internal databases etc.).
- A polished professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability.
