What Youll Do
Market & Business Insights: Analyse property market trends customer behaviour and competitor activity to surface opportunities and risks.
Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor revenue engagement and other KPIs across the property vertical.
Sales & Monetisation Support: Work closely with Sales and Partnerships to analyse customer segments pricing models campaign ROI and agent/developer performance.
Business Reviews: Support regular performance reviews with insights presentations and recommendations for senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide analytical support to Marketing Ops and Partnerships teams to help them execute smarter data-backed initiatives.
Decision Support: Translate complex data into simple actionable insights that guide business strategy and execution.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis consulting or strategy roles.
Strong with numbers proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with experience in SQL or BI tools (Looker Studio Power BI)
Skilled at business storytelling able to turn analysis into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of KPIs and metrics that drive business growth and commercial success.
Proactive detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Experience or interest in the property industry or digital marketplaces is a bonus.
