Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant with a strong background in data migration to support a large-scale transformation program within the pharmaceutical industry. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring that quality management processes master data and transactional data are accurately migrated and integrated into the SAP landscape supporting end-to-end quality operations in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the SAP QM module implementation configuration and integration with other SAP modules such as PP MM and WM.
Manage and execute data migration activities including data extraction cleansing transformation validation and loading for QM-related master and transactional data.
Collaborate closely with business process owners data teams and technical experts to define migration rules mapping logic and quality assurance checks.
Ensure that GxP and compliance requirements are met during all stages of system design testing and data migration.
Participate in fit-gap analysis functional design testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities.
Provide expertise in QM processes such as inspection planning results recording usage decision quality notifications and batch management.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and data-related issues ensuring a smooth cutover and go-live.
Support training and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and user readiness.
Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation with at least 5 years focused on SAP QM.
Proven experience in data migration projects preferably using tools such as SAP Data Services (BODS) LSMW or migration cockpit.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or life sciences quality processes including GMP and validation principles.
Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a global cross-functional team setting.
