Job Summary
Role: SSDE
Exp: 4 to 6 years
location: hyderabad
HYbrid work model
Key technical skills:
1. Collaborate with architects and product managers to design scalable maintainable and high-performance software systems.
2. Break down complex business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
3. Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to ensure code quality and system integrity.
4. Write clean efficient and well-documented code in core programming languages (e.g. Java C# Python JavaScript).
5. Develop and maintain backend services APIs and/or frontend components.
6. Ensure the code adheres to security performance and scalability standards.
7. Write unit integration and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability.
8. Participate in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration practices.
9. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
10. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
11. Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
12. Share knowledge through documentation pair programming and technical sessions.
13. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product design QA and DevOps.
15. Estimate effort and contribute to sprint goals and delivery timelines.
16. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
17. Monitor application of health and performance in production environments.
18. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and rollback strategies.
19. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems and APIs.
20. Contribute to internal wikis playbooks and onboarding materials.
21. Lead or participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and tech talks.
Qualifications :
Be in IT or equivalent
Additional Information :
Must have skills:
1. 1-5 years of experience in API Development with Python or Java
2. 1-5 year(s) of experience in Mule Soft
