Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of experience in data migration with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
* Extensive experience migrating HR data to SuccessFactors.
* Proven experience migrating data for other SAP modules (e.g. Finance Materials Management Sales & Distribution).
* Hands-on experience with data migration tools including Syniti.
* Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
* Expertise in data profiling cleansing transformation and validation techniques.
* Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
* Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP certifications related to data migration.
* Experience with other data migration tools and technologies.
* Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
