Job Summary
We are hiring in all 50 states to provide services for clients in California. We are also offering reimbursement for California licensure!
All Care Therapies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual (Spanish) Occupational Therapist (CHT) to join our dynamic outpatient team! This opportunity is currently part-time to work 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assessments: Evaluate clients physical cognitive sensory and emotional functions to determine therapy needs.
- Treatment Planning: Create individualized plans of care and set client-centered goals.
- Intervention: Deliver occupational therapy services both onsite and via teletherapy focusing on improving functional abilities.
- Education: Provide guidance to clients and caregivers to support progress and independence.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records using our EMR system.
- Compliance: Uphold ethical legal and regulatory standards including HIPAA compliance.
- Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing education and development opportunities.
- Safety: Ensure a secure and healthy environment in accordance with professional standards.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) license required
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Unrestricted and active Occupational Therapy license preferably in the state of California
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist
- A caring and compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Comfortable and experienced in working with clients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- CEU requirements must be maintained per state licensure guidelines
Compensation
1099 Bilingual - $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $30.00 for 30-minute therapy sessions.
W2 $43.00 - $56.00 per hour commensurate with experience qualifications and bilingualism.
Licensure reimbursement will be paid out after 90 days or 145 hours of work (equivalent to 12 hours of work per week)
