Are you a natural leader who thrives in the field loves developing people and knows how to drive results Trelevate is growing fast and were looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to take our Sarasota team to the next level as they represent one of our largest multi million dollar partners and their National SMB outside sales force.
If youve built and led winning sales teams before this is your stage. Youll lead from the front motivating your reps coaching in the field recruiting new talent and driving market expansion. Every day brings a mix of leadership strategy and hands-on selling.
What Youll Do
- Lead train and inspire a team of 612 outside sales pros to consult with SMBs regarding fiber optic internet phone systems and more!
- Build strong relationships with local businesses
- Run team meetings in-person ride-alongs and growth-focused 1:1s
- Recruit coach and elevate top performers
- Celebrate wins and crush goals
What Youll Bring
- Proven success in sales and in leading business development teams

- Strong communication organization and coaching skills
- Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines
