Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Temporary Case Manager to support our Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) Program. The ideal candidate will assist clients in meeting program goals coordinate with court systems and provide support services to help non-custodial parents achieve compliance and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of Non-Custodial Parent (NCP) program participants ensuring timely and accurate documentation of case activities.
Conduct client intakes assessments and follow-up meetings to determine needs and track progress.
At times travel to various Dallas County courthouses to attend hearings meet with clients and coordinate with court officials.
Collaborate with internal staff and external partners to facilitate job placement training and support services.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with program and agency standards.
Provide referrals and resources to help participants overcome employment or compliance barriers.
Monitor client progress and prepare status updates or reports as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree in social services or related field preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Valid Texas drivers license and proof of insurance required.
Reliable transportation to travel to multiple Dallas County courthouses.
Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with court-involved or social service populations preferred.
